WHAT IS YOUR DANCING BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE?
I’ve been dancing since I was three years old with training in ballet, jazz, tap, pointe, hip hop, musical theater, and contemporary. I danced competitively with my studio and became a member of the Los Angeles Dance Magic Company. Joining my high school dance team sparked my love for dancing on the sideline, and I continued on to my college dance team for 3 years before deciding to audition for Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO AUDITION FOR DCC?
There’s nothing I love more than football and dance! In 2013, LSU played TCU in the Cowboys Classic at AT&T Stadium. I was a member of the LSU Golden Girls dance team, so we had the chance to tour the DCC locker room before the game and speak to some of the current members. Jacie Scott was one of the cheerleaders to speak with us, and I had always looked up to her when she danced at LSU. I had watched CMT’s Making the Team when I was younger, but being in the stadium and speaking one-on-one with the girls really inspired a fire in me and I decided then that it was something I wanted to audition for after I graduated from LSU!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT BEING A PART OF DCC?
I love being a part of a team where each person is as enthusiastic and passionate as you are. Everyone takes tremendous pride in representing Dallas everywhere we go and puts her heart and soul into each performance! And of course, performing Thunderstruck before the start of a Cowboys game is an exhilarating and unforgettable experience- there’s nothing like it!
