Appearance Requests

The Dallas Cowboys will review appearance requests for players or team personnel on a case by case bases. All appearance requests must be submitted via postal mail or fax at least eight (8) weeks prior to an already scheduled event date, but no more than six (6) months out. When submitting your request, please include all of the event details – who, what, when, where and why – and be as specific as possible what you asking the Cowboy to do while at the event (speak to a group – on what topic and to how many people, sign autographs, take pictures, etc.). If your organization has an appearance budget or are asking the Cowboy to donate their time, please include that information as well. Should you not hear from the Dallas Cowboys by two (2) weeks out from your event date, please know that we have been unsuccessful in assisting you. While we would like to assist everyone, due to the daily football schedule and off-season travel and work out schedules, it is often difficult to accommodate every request received. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
