Gene and Jerry Jones Family Charities and the Dallas Cowboys are happy to review in-kind donation requests from 501c3 non-profit organizations holding auction or raffle fundraisers. To be considered for a donation, please submit a formal request on the charitable organization's letterhead detailing information about the event at least eight (8) weeks prior to the already scheduled event date. The letter should list the non-profit's 501c3 tax identification number, explain who the fundraiser benefits, where it will be held, what type of event it is, when the event is taking place and specifically to whose attention and where an in-kind item of memorabilia may be mailed should the Dallas Cowboys be able to make a contribution. Donation requests will be processed approximately four (4) weeks prior to the event. Please note that non-profits may request one (1) donation item per calendar year and all decisions are final. Due to the high volume of donation requests received on a daily basis, only requests received via postal mail and fax will be reviewed. Please understand that it is the non-profit's responsibility to confirm the receipt of their request with the Cowboys Donations staff once the letter has been sent. Regrettably, Gene and Jerry Jones Family Charities is unable to donate game tickets, experiences, autographed helmets, jerseys or footballs due to the high demand of such items.
