PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRAINING CAMP & SEASON FORMS ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR SINGLE GAME REQUESTS

Requests for single game media passes MUST be submitted AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to the game in question by formal letter on organizational letterhead. The request must detail the names and positions of those seeking credentials, as well as the reason for requesting access. The request must be submitted by FAX to (972) 556-9918. Once submitted to the Cowboys P.R. Department, it is the media organization's responsibility to contact the P.R. office at (972) 556-9959 to 1) confirm receipt of your request and 2) confirm whether or not the request has been approved. Please note that the Dallas Cowboys will not contact you regarding the status of your request. Also, the Cowboys DO NOT issue single game media passes on game day. All requests and passes must be PRE-APPROVED before arrival at Texas Stadium.
