Practice Report: Ware Still Out; Hatcher, Butler Return
IRVING, Texas – With most of the ice melted away, the Dallas Cowboys returned to Valley Ranch on Thursday for an outdoor practice in 34 degree weather.

-Jason Hatcher was back on the field Thursday suited up with a helmet and participating in team stretches and warm-ups. Hatcher looked like planned to participate after missing Wednesday’s practice with a thigh injury.
-Victor Butler was back at practice with his helmet. He sat out Wednesday’s practice with a groin injury. With Ernie Sims still being monitored for a concussion and Ware’s health in question, Butler’s availability would be important for depth in Sunday night’s game.
-Ernie Sims once again looked to be a full participant in Thursday’s practice. Sims practiced on Wednesday and said he felt fine. Sims will be monitored and put through various concussion tests as the week progresses. Read
