PHILADELPHIA – The Cowboys had three touchdowns that came from returns – two on defense and one punt return score. But an illegal hands to the face penalty on Eagles lineman King Dunlap pushed it back to the 24. The Eagles settled for a field goal and a 17-10 lead with 4:36 left in the third.
