If healthy, Kowalski could return and replace Arkin as the game-day backup at both guard and center.
“He will practice Wednesday,” head coach Jason Garrett said on Monday. “We have three weeks to make a decision on him. If he has a great week, in theory he could be active for this game this week. But we have three weeks to make that decision.”
Kowalski made the team last year as an undrafted rookie out of Toledo. He played 11 games, filling in at times at both guard and center.
