MARK ALBERT - LEVITTOWN, NY: Do you think the Cowboys got a little too relaxed with their win streak and got caught up in the hype that started to buzz around the team? Jerry Jones mentioned that this team wouldn't fall into that trap.
Nick: Well that's easy for Jerry to say because that's what he hopes. And that's one question that no one really has the answers to. But I did hear a few players talking about how hungry the Packers seemed to be. Obviously they didn't see the same hunger in their own locker room. But maybe that's a natural thing. Maybe it's normal to get a little relaxed. Or maybe the Cowboys just played two tough road games in a row and that's hard to win both in this league.
Josh: I don't think they ate that big cheese quesadilla, as we talked about last week, I just think they got beat. Everytime they lose there's this tendency to go running around looking for someone to blame or some ultimate reason, and there just isn't one. They got outplayed, and some unfortunate bounces went Green Bay's way. Anyone who's ever played a sport knows both team want to win.
Rob: No, the effort was there. Theyjust made too many mistakes and got some bad calls. Contrary to popular opinion last week, the Packers don't stink. And their 3-4 scheme caused some trouble for the offense. How they gave up all those points to Tampa Bay, I'll never know. Just shows you every week in the league is its own entity. Give them credit, too.
QUINCY BROWN - OKLAHOMA CITY, OK: I believe the defense played a really good game despite the loss, but do you think the Packers exposed Orlando Scandrick in a way? He seemed to get beat a lot Sunday, including on those three penalties.
Nick: You can say exposed or you can say the Packers beat him with good, veteran receivers. If Scandrick has to face guys like Driver and Jennings each week, he'll probably lose a lot of them, just like most corners in the league. I think Scandrick is a good cornerback and you have to like the way he competes. All officiating crews don't call it the same, so I don't think it's something to really worry about. It's not like he's been beat a lot this year.
Josh: It did seem like he was having some problems on Sunday, but keep in mind Green Bay might have the best group of receivers top-to-bottom of any team the Cowboys have played. Scandrick got the worst of it, but I don't think any of the Cowboys cornerbacks had a particularly good day.
Rob: Again, give credit to Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers got the ball out and hit some quick throws to his receivers. If the refs hadn't called a questionable hands-to-the-face penalty on Mike Jenkins, Scandrick would've scored a defensive touchdown and possibly changed the course of the game.
