IRVING, Texas - Don 't move.

That is the mandate for Saturday night after the Cowboys play their final home game in the 38-season history of Texas Stadium against the Baltimore Ravens - no matter the temperature or if the game is a blowout one way or the other, just don't leave early, otherwise you will be sorry.

For after the game, there will be a real treat for Cowboys fans. The Cowboys are asking all the fans attending this historic game at Texas Stadium to remain for the postgame ceremony to commemorate the team's stay here in this historic venue.

Approximately 100 former Dallas Cowboys players and coaches (minimum of five years of service to the Cowboys at Texas Stadium) will be introduced while making one last walk across the star at midfield. At least 10 members of the Ring of Honor are expected to be in attendance.

A brief closing ceremony will follow the introductions, and the current Cowboys players are expected to join the former players on the field for the ceremony.

This will be the Cowboys' 291st and final regular-season game at Texas Stadium. The only way they could play another game here before opening the 2009 season in their new stadium rising out of the ground in Arlington, Texas, would be to qualify for the playoffs as the NFC's first wild-card entry and advance to the NFC title game against the second wild-card team.

Otherwise, this is it, the Cowboys owning a 197-93 all-time record in regular season games played at Texas Stadium going into this final game. Including postseason games, Saturday night's contest (7:15 CST kickoff) will be the 313th played at Texas Stadium (213-99 record overall). The Cowboys own a 16-6 postseason record at Texas Stadium.

Also, during the game, the Cowboys will count down the five most memorable moments at Texas Stadium, where they have played since the middle of the 1971 season. Those moments will be the top five as selected by online fan voting at www.farewelltotexasstadium.com.

This should be a huge night, and fans are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of the parking lots opening more than five hours before kickoff and the stadium gates opening at 4:30 p.m.

Here is the schedule of events at Texas Stadium for Saturday night (all times Central):

Early Parking Opening: 2:00 p.m. (Gates 1, 6, Gold, Red & Cash lots)
Remaining Parking Opening: 3:00 p.m.
Corral Opening: 3:00 p.m.
Stadium Gates Open: 4:30 p.m.
Kickoff: 7:15 p.m., Saturday, December 20, 2008
Opponent: Baltimore Ravens - The Ravens are the only NFL team that has not played previously at Texas Stadium.
Postgame Ceremony: Following completion of the game being televised nationally on NFL Network.
