IRVING, Texas - The Dallas Cowboys will host a final Farewell Fan Fest and Memorabilia Sale at Texas Stadium this weekend, Feb. 20-22. Admission and parking is free.
On Friday, the event will be open (3-9 p.m. CDT) only to Fan Club members, season ticket holders, Dallas Cowboys and City of Irving employees.
The general public will be able to attend the event the following two days, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday and then 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday.
Fans will have the opportunity to purchase pieces of Cowboys history, ranging from lockers, signage, banners, photos, flags, parts of the goal posts, autographed memorabilia and much more. The three-day festival will also feature appearances, interviews and autograph opportunities with former and current Dallas Cowboys players and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
The family-friendly event will also host the Dallas Cowboys "On Tour" Hall of Fame and Merchandise trailers, along with a Kids Zone which includes face painting, photos and performances by Rowdy - The Official Mascot of the Dallas Cowboys.
Concessions, music from local high school bands, DJs and a silent auction will also be on-site for fans to enjoy, as the 38-year-old home of the Dallas Cowboys prepares to close its gates.
