JOSH PUGA - LANCASTER, PA: I know there are a number of things that need to happen for the Cowboys to beat the Eagles this week, but what is the one area the Cowboys should really focus on this week in practice?

Josh: There's more than one, of course, but I would be working to perfect the blitz pickup and passing. When the Seahawks wanted to blitz Romo was shredding them. You know the Eagles are going to want to bring it, and of course the Cowboys need to have fixed whatever it was Romo admitted the Eagles "exposed" about them last December.

Nick: Other than blitz-pickup, the Cowboys shouldn't change a whole lot from their practice setup. Sure, the Eagles will be a better team than Atlanta or Seattle, but the focus isn't any different. Just be sound in all three phases of the game and that should be enough. Yes, the Eagles dominated the Cowboys last year, but there's no reason to think they need to make wholesale changes in their preparation.

Rob: Blitz pickup. Even with a new defensive coordinator you know Philly's going to bring pressure from a variety of places, and it was a big factor in last December's loss. Against Seattle, Tony Romo was very effective despite the most pressure he faced all season. But the Eagles are a different animal. An emerging Miles Austin and a healthy Felix Jones certainly help.

JOSH FRANKEL - WINSTON SALEM, NC: I think a real key for the Philadelphia game is going to be the play of Ken Hamlin and Gerald Sensabaugh. Philadelphia has a slew of fast receivers and the safeties need to be helping the corners to contain the Eagles' explosive offense.

Josh: I'll give you this one. It seems like every time I see the Eagles on TV they've got DeSean Jackson running past somebody for a 50-yard touchdown. A lot of people notice Ken Hamlin isn't in on a lot of plays, and sometimes that is because of how deep he plays. The Cowboys haven't been victimized by the deep bomb too much this year, so give him credit for that.

Nick: No doubt. Even Wade Phillips said after his press conference Monday that the Cowboys need to give lots of help to DeSean Jackson. That means the safeties will need to be aware of him, but that's not easy considering the tight end, Celek, has been pretty good, too. They've got some weapons in Philly. It's not just the safeties that need to play well, but the cornerbacks and linebackers as well.

Rob: No doubt. DeSean Jackson has five touchdowns of 50 yards or more this season. Five. Jeremy Maclin is another super-fast receiver the Cowboys had their eye on, even though there was no way they were moving up in the draft. The other guy they're better equipped to stop (with Sensabaugh) is tight end Brent Celek. He already has 37 catches and three touchdowns.
