IRVING, Texas - The Cowboys have again reached out to former defensive tackle Josh Brent. This time, it’s in the scouting department. Read Brent, who has retired from football twice, most recently in May, is back at Valley Ranch working with the scouts, Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones said.
