Who just are injury prone and that last year -- injury prone but just having injury issues. Last year -- Stephen Jackson this year. I got LaDainian Tomlinson and on top of that if that were bad enough I am Braylon Edwards and TJ Houshmandzadeh who going into the season that. The provincial plot was -- both those guys -- at least second tier wide receivers. And they have done absolutely nothing on top of the fact it -- stud LaDainian Tomlinson has to. Being absent so I'm really struggling -- Cowboys they don't look at the trades all kinds of things try not to panic too much but it's not looking good."

" It's not but this discussion we we needed to talk about one thing that you've got to know if you play fantasy football for a while is that when he comes to running backs the great ones. It great and on top fantasy great running backs. The drop off -- sudden. And dramatic and it happens all the greens there was a period where Marshall Faulk was the man. He was kicking butt every year you count on it that he was going to put up huge numbers and and all of a sudden when you just fell off when he came to Canada and and that man via -- yeah. And then you've got Larry Johnson who he only had kind of two or three years there but same thing of dramatic drop off to to basically going back to be very mediocre Shaun Alexander. Had a couple great years. Fell off to being mediocre in the Smith even had a nice run in -- Years ago this is back in the ninety's his drop off was again very sudden and very dramatic. Even though they may continue to play for years after that when he comes to their fantasy production and putting him up there in the category that we put them. -- replaced LT coming into this year everybody thought he was a consensus top guy and he's not performing like that and what we saw in the last year as well. Those two things combined make make -- start to get a little bit worried about LaDainian and what he's going to be this year I'll bet this much by next year I don't think he will be. Top running back and -- everybody's. Trails Soviet. Maybe top five but I won't be that top."
" There's two separate injuries this is if if you nurture tow. It thirty. I don't think your toes on his part your body it's really breaks down day to my shoes you know the old lady here osteoporosis. Or whatever. Anyway you have a way with words at this -- these images. Well. You could be -- to hurt you and it's not like an age thing that he's breaking down all the sudden. " When you start putting the entries back to back yes the injuries what in the last year. He had some injury during the season last year wasn't like he went through the entire season without injuries last year and that's what I need through I'm witness I'm with guys -- just -- all saying is. That you have to start noticing those sorts of indicators. So the you can be again this is very much like the stock market you gotta be ahead of the curve you got to kind of keep things coming before they get here because once they get there. Once everybody knows that LaDainian is no longer the LaDainian that we you know that that fantasy owners have written for years. The value of LaDainian has as at that point drop right now his name recognition alone gets an interest if you start putting him on the trade bloc though are saying is if you start noticing indicators sometimes pay attention to the indicators in CF. It's time -- you make a move you want to buy low sell high LaDainian still higher right now even though the numbers aren't shown up this year. You might want to consider if you CD indicators -- believer of maybe this is time to part ways with breathing and watch though it. And it hasn't him and -- in pre season immigrant yeah exactly and even -- does your head injuries on those there's some doctored -- injuries he does. Play and we shot out about Newman didn't mean and what happened he missed the first game of the season I mean Newman Newman said he -- played that during the pre season is what he told a sideshow. And then what happened he'd -- a little bit farther than expected to. So yet you can say that but it's not necessarily always true of Ryan Newman voices radio -- one who. Christine. I don't know I even do that point out that you could kept it to yourself but that was good segue into our first segment this week. We're going to play a little game similar to the game played last week that this we've got a call hold muffled. He had ten carries 26 artists only two point six yards per carry only two catches for fourteen yards he missed part of the game. With the injury and on top of that you look at this and you say that Denver deep -- has just been given it up. The first two weeks of the season you'd expect LaDainian would have been much more evolved that offense especially all the points they put up with those things being so it hold them. -- And give up for weeks that season Denver. Oakland. Against them that well I. And I talked about this last -- they they came to the running game yeah Oakland was given a -- on in the running game they shortstop in the though when running game again we're talking about running back. You think the fact that Oakland played so well against ran so well against them and then last week San Diego put up as many points as they did. You'd think that Catania LaDainian she'd been able get off right."
" Against distract them I'm holding them LaDainian pounds and despite your fantasy football the -- the analogy earlier couldn't think of that he stock indexes and I think like that. Think I don't I don't want shorts fell LaDainian Tomlinson. So you interested in trade him. Open it -- that it. It was failure to do that trade jagr and most important -- at at that things go."
" Actually right now I would try to trade him so -- that I would try to move him because you know some teams -- arranged it out there. I think Sproles shows that he can come and then do a decent job filling in. And I think that if San Diego's going to try to make a play our friend they're going to try to keep Tomlinson hope. You know try to keep him healthy so they might take away a few carries from them. Even if he is back I think you're going to see you know Sproles grab about five -- five to ten touches. Away from Tomlinson just so they can have them for the long run which is going to be a fantasy impact. On his value being it's LT you can still pitch good value forming get maybe a player that you see is having a great year someone that. You know I wouldn't go train for it DeSean Jackson or something like that happen I would go. Trading for someone out there that has good value and adds depth -- if you bring me if you're strong at that position."
" When your interest LaDainian towns and you better get more than one player yeah well here's here's one thing I thought about it and -- lifted the trade out there to eat it by. But how is going after Marion Barber and my thought was if I give up LaDainian. And aid mid level receive the -- productive pretty consistently. I'm not a great receiver but somebody's predict productive. Consistently throughout the year. With LaDainian. Maybe you can't -- they're getting -- barber whose money you know he's going to score touchdowns every week. And you know we can get some yards and a Hingis and catches because this offense is so prolific you know Marion Barber's and to point we so you're not really giving up. The potential of what LaDainian might turn out to be if he gets it back on track this season. You you're still keeping that kind of production and you have to give up a little bit more in the receiver but at the end of the day you at least save yourself. What you may have lost by the draft pick out a lot you know so hot the LaDainian if LaDainian doesn't regain the LaDainian form that we've been used. What yes I think partner's solid fantasy player but it. First round pick and somebody else for one yeah but again it's still a matter of it's still a matter of what kind of production are you anticipating. You're going to get from LaDainian in this is well we differ little bit you're still thinking that right now. You can bet on the fact the -- going to be he's going to put the numbers consistent with being the top pick in the draft. I'm not so sure of that in so. To me I hit my bed and say I may take a little bit less from barber than what I would have expected from the top pick in the draft. But at the in advance to going to get very good production -- Marion Barber still at the top five fancy running back you can be great production. And at the same time. You have to worry about -- you know what he's going to be you know what Marion Barber's going to be is long he's healthy you know he's going to be right talks all of last week about not freaking out just sticking with the guys drafted back I think it's you know it's beyond that with four LaDainian after two weeks for anyone after two -- he think he -- I think there are some I think there -- some players that you got started in looking at the indicators -- Is there enough body of work here for me to make a determination and maybe this is the long term prognosis and we'll talk about some of the the guys and we get down this list of -- for the some of these other guys I think -- same boat where. You look at some of the other circumstances surrounding them and it indicates that maybe it's not just the fact they've had two bad weeks. -- really something deeper going on it's probably going to last for. Much of the season."

Philip Rivers somehow had a great game I would think that this -- a shoot out their passing craziness those little jacked them. And you know so. And -- it and a extenuating circumstance and by the end of the season. And even a couple weeks I think he's back to how long do you wait. For we were on our enjoyment I guess from your from your statement I get the opinion that you saying pulled him but not not release him but. Definitely look for trade if you could try to go out there -- would make."
" Yeah I would I would do that now of course not to release them I mean and and I would I had good depth. I had another ran back that was like Chris Johnson whose had a hundred yards almost every week. I might even you know depending on the matchup -- Tomlinson and start hotter guy."
" Justin TC what Tomlinson is going to -- down with you I'm with you on that both move onto another player. Matt Hasselbeck he is a guy that. Not at not certainly not high pick if you say a little -- Albanian Tomlinson but most people who drafted him. Drafted him probably among the top. I think probably among the top 68 quarterbacks. And they were expecting if nothing else at least consistent production you know the 250 yards -- game. Maybe -- had two touchdowns per game. Limited interceptions but right now they're two games. I he has not looked good and a lot of what's going on with him in my opinion has less to do with him in much more to do with the fact that they don't have healthy receivers that he had that he knows and has him issue with his first two weeks. First week he put up -- 1741. Completions that is that's horrible for a Matt Hasselbeck type guy got -- west coast offense only 41% completion only a 190 yards. One touchdown one interception the following week against San Francisco. Which if you wanted to give him a little bit of a Mulligan because -- as deep into so good is playing so well. -- in we wind. You can't give messing Mulligan against Sampras -- deep in in week two where he puts up. -- 1836. 50%. 50% completions. And one or 89 yards and no touchdowns to interceptions so he's not looking good here during began this season do you guys hold -- Awful with the -- and game. -- what Patrick Willis. To the San Francisco went that. So you guys hold on that did are using the same things something's sting of Matt Hasselbeck. And say hey he's not going to be that great this season because of what's around."
" And you can use him. It's going to be going to let us not his fault like there they're bringing in receivers that don't know the offense they don't have any other choice -- Deion Branch would be back in a month. I do like the idea though he had the opportunity to hold them -- when you've been it's because let's say you do -- back in. Koren Robinson is not be a stranger to this offense he's been on this team -- he can't understand that may take him less time. To get re acclimated he has a lot of talent and a lot of speed. And if you can give him any game working in this offense -- acting maybe about mid season. You might be able to get some pretty good play out of Matt Hasselbeck down stretch but I would say for right now until you get into use yet. Don't trust that now let's say right now you guys definitely city of possibly move."
" I would say album he has no buddies that he used to throwing. Even as his running. He has two new running back -- and two on Morrison's miss some games -- and all the -- familiarity around that off and he just doesn't have those players that you know he was successful with last year. It just seems every receiver that goes there even Koren Robinson this -- miss some practice yesterday with a sore knee. So it can't hear greasy undergone a Seattle. I get some insurance or something as they're not staying healthy. And."

" That first game I went back and looked for the first five series of the game. Every time since they had the ball of those first five series first down they ran the ball. And most of the time they were gaining one and 23 yards at the most. In place themselves in second and long every time in the you're trying to throw in that situation and then the second observation came offensive -- not very good so yeah if you're in a situation with a deep -- knows you got -- pass second and long with -- Now they're coming full force Carson Palmer has no talent to be able throw the ball you look at that situation and unless they get back just saying look we are passing team. Will run -- pass to set up the run. Bayern have going to be looking good for awhile. I still think that they're just one game away from doing if they can just find one game Chad Johnson thoughts about talked about this week in his press conference. If they can just on one game. What they could start opening it up with a little bit get this thing going nordic TJ was out there in training camp and he didn't have the continuity in time to work on all those things that you dispute that one game. Marvin Harrison just -- their work ethic how how they work on plays and games -- seeing here with Owens and Romo it's a respect thing that's. You know they go out there they are to each other they know what's gone on -- they see something they can read it in real game. I mean I think that's a very important relationship to have and I think that Cincinnati over this last year. Has lost you know Palmer's lost Johnson. TJ. But I don't think I'm ready -- Hewitt. Took hold. Houshmandzadeh. Or Chad because I'm trying to just wait and see. If they're going to have that game -- it's been going a little bit the quirky quarterback can continue to play bad. My fantasy standpoint and the receivers and below what we've all seen that before with a as a receiver camp X number of catches and yards in touchdowns but the quarterback -- on line interceptions in sac -- it may not translate for him what do you guys think about that."
" Enjoy it. Knowing knowing what you just about Ted Johnson got me thinking about something and I'd start him this week. In the in the NFL it's such as the it built the -- FL is so funny because you think things are one way -- and then that's when they turned up when when the chips are down when the bill lowly Cincinnati Bengals offense has to play against what we think is a really good giants' defense just -- who in the meadowlands. Twenty cost me game in a AK you know -- after we consider a little bit but I'm just afraid I had him last year. And I saw him go through little stretch there when he wasn't putting up good numbers he would do much anything and the heat is broke on the scene I think he was the first week in the -- came back. Internet into being cat was the week if he had that 200 yard game ending just kind of kept it going from there so I'm just too afraid sitting down right now."
" And I think with wide receivers I mean you gave -- wide receivers that have you know those three for twenty games. You can usually survive those like last week I won now I have -- smiling that I won because they have a strong team around him. He didn't have the game he normally has but. You know I still had enough to win -- quarterback position little more volatile year you know I was going up against a tough I was going up against. Donovan McNabb visibly me -- on him against Roger so. I think in quarterback situation when you got a guy struggling that's bad -- Palmer have to -- them because you're going to lose games you're going up against other good quarterbacks. Wide receiver you've probably gone up against two or three wide receivers haven't or production from one wide receivers here -- the receivers may pick that up you may pick it up somewhere else but. There he Camille Little more flexible I think with your options."

I've decided to Braylon -- was I'm going to hold onto him unless I can get a really good trade and and that means I got to treat him the value what -- body is going to be on Alou in the trade him -- right now. So I want to get. If I'm going to trade and I got a trade for good value otherwise I'm holding onto him because he missed the good part training camp. And let's not forget Braylon Edwards has had an issue would drops it wasn't just the here last year he was drop -- some balls. And he still put up the numbers that he put up so I don't think that the drops -- necessarily the reason -- fantasy standpoint. Braylon at which isn't putting up numbers I think that offense is just a little bit I think. It's not performing the way you performed last year some of that may be the -- they then week one week to Dallas played pretty well against him obviously Pittsburgh being good deep in that they are in being the fact they're in the same division with them. Knows how to shut him down and so I think those two things combined make me say I'm on hold off a little bit on Braylon that would I'm not -- I'm going to hold on TV -- When he got the policy Cleveland's it's bad teams I think that's when I heard test their bat in -- lot of bad teams last year that's why they got since."
" I I would say that Braylon I would hold onto onto. About the DeSean Jackson I think he has shown potential and and Philadelphia now when they have a couple of receivers come back I think he's going to be. -- regulated that slot role that third wide receiver so he might not his production up as high as it's been many -- number one. But I still think he you're going to see him probably as a viable number two writers here for some time that."
" All I know is right now with the numbers he's been putting up these first two weeks and that offense clicking like it's been clicking. I have a hard time thinking and Donovan McNabb didn't and one in the on the field as much as possible because he's making place and you know -- just the ability to make plays at -- quarterback hears about announcer. And even Reggie Brown comes back difference between -- and Reggie Brown is back Reggie Brown. Is not a game breaking -- wide receiver he'll catch some passes and make some plays here and there but he's not a game recollection on Jackson shown the propensity to do in college. In some of the plays he's made here in the NFL his first two weeks. I think they can be used in you know I think that it. From a fantasy standpoint to coach is gonna arrive at high and out think it's -- they're going to keeps on Jackson Dokic who comes back you're not talking about TO coming back you talk about Reggie Brown. Curtis I mean these are these are not. Number one great number one receivers in the NFL he's in good receivers but not great I don't think they -- the high pain."
" And you know is is. As much as Philly does with three wide four wide that he's going to be field yeah. Now and hunting and tonight in a branch to challenge for Reggie bar. Guess what he's not put up great numbers almost every week so you're giving up a great wide receiver and quarterback it's only at least in the first two weeks can be. Pretty good right now the best Infiniti as far as total numbers are concerned for just one great quarterback. I think that the bad."
