Basis of the Promotion
Legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma are eligible to submit one (1) drawing entry from 12pm November 28, 2018 to 11:59pm December 19, 2018 under the promotion of Choctaw's Play Big, Win Big Sweepstakes sponsored by Choctaw Casinos & Resorts and Dallas Cowboys.
Methods of Entry:
A. Online Entry: Entrant may go to [www.Dallascowboys.com/Choctaw] and follow the directions for one time registering. =
B. Mail-In Entry: Entrant may hand-write their complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, a Keyword, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½"x5" card (titled "Mail-In Entry") and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: [CHOCTAW'S PLAY BIG, WIN BIG SWEEPSTAKES], Attention: Marketing-Client Services, Evan Garlock, One Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034 .
Each entrant, regardless of the entry submission method, will have an equal chance of winning.
At the conclusion of the Promotion, Dallas Cowboys' associates will randomly select two (2) names from the eligible entries to win the prizes.
There will be two prizes:
Prize One consists of weekend stay at Choctaw Casino & Resort–Durant valued at $1,250 (two-night stay, dinner for two at 1832 Steakhouse, a spa package for two, and transportation to/from Choctaw Casino & Resort—Durant). This package is valid up to March 31, 2019.
Prize Two consists of four (4) Club Level tickets and one (1) parking pass to one (1) Dallas Cowboys game on December 23, 2018 at AT&T Stadium. This package has estimated value of $1,675.
Dallas Cowboys' associates will be responsible for notifying the two (2) winners by phone or email, and for instructing them on how to claim the prizes. Failure to comply with the instructions may result in forfeiture of winner's right to claim the prizes.
Prize redemption must be completed before 11:59pm December 22, 2018. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The forfeited prizes might be awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsors' sole and absolute discretion.
Limit one (1) prize per person.
Official Promotional Rules
All guests who are self-banned or casino-banned are ineligible to claim prizes for this promotion.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Associates of the Choctaw Casinos are not eligible to participate in Choctaw Casino promotions.
Sponsors' employees or a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they reside) or household of any of the above persons are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
All prizes and entries are non-transferable.
Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected Mail-in or Online entries.
Guest participation in this promotion allows the Sponsors the right to use any photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Winners agree that Choctaw Casino, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of prize awarded herein.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Choctaw Casino management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants.
The interpretation of the rules, eligibility, etc. is the sole discretion of the Choctaw Casino and all decisions are final.
Any and all applicable taxes relating to the winning of any of the prizes is the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants with cumulative winnings over $600 for the year will receive a 1099. Social Security number is required, per IRS, for winnings equal to or greater than $100.
