What is the 5K course time limit? The course will have a 90-minute time limit.
Is there an age minimum for the 5K run? The minimum age for the 5K is 7 years old. For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child in the Kids Fun Run.
Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller? Yes, for the safety of other runners and walkers you will be asked to start in the very back of the race and remain with other runners and walkers who also have strollers.
Where is the best place to stay if I'm coming from out of town? Host hotel info coming soon.
Will there a bag check? There will not be a bag check. Bags are subject to inspection upon entering Ford Center. Please refer to **Ford Center's Purse and Bag Policy**.
What is the age limit for the Kids Fun Run? 4-12 years old. Children under 7 should also run with a parent or guardian. Ages 1-4 may participate in the Toddler Dash.
Can parents participate in the Kids Fun Run with their child? Yes, parents are more than welcome to participate in the Kids Fun Run with their child. Parents will not need to register themselves if they are running with their child. This is a Fun Run for kids - please no adult entries.
Can I run in the Kids Fun Run with a jogging stroller? Parents may run with a stroller, but just as in the adult race, we ask that you start near the back of the kids pack.

What are the Award divisions? Awards to Top 3 overall male and female winners will be presented at the Awards Ceremony. Age Group Award Divisions are Top 3 fastest times in the 5K in each age group (age groups are as follows: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ age groups). Overall winners will be excluded from age group awards. There will be no age group awards ceremony. Please pick up age group awards at the conclusion of the event. Age group awards will not be mailed post event.
Elite Athletes The Dallas Cowboys Draft Day 5K welcomes elite athletes to our event. Athletes may be provided complimentary entry into the race on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for an elite entry, athletes should submit proof of recent finishing results via email. The following time standards are used as guidelines: Men 15:30 5K, 33:00 10K; Women 18:00 5K, 37:00 10K. Please email contact@easydaysports.com to submit your elite time.

What is the race cancellation policy? Weather, emergencies, or other issues of public safety may cause cancellation or postponement of the event(s), outside of the control of event management. In the instance of an unforeseen event cancellation, a majority of event expenses have already incurred. Generally speaking, the event has a NO REFUND Policy.
Should such event cancellation or postponement occur, registered participants may be given the following options:
- Defer entry to future event date
- Donate event registration fees to an official event charity
- Receive t-shirt and medal and run virtually
These serve as examples only. Specific protocol for allocating participant registration fees would be communicated to participants in the case of an event cancellation based on the circumstances. Communication would specify participant response time within a limited time window following the cancellation to allow for adequate management action.
