Howdy, Cowboys Nation!
If you've ever heard the music start, seen the lights come up, and felt that energy in the stadium, you know there's nothing quite like being part of America's Team.
I'm Anthony, but around here, I'm Ant, and it is an absolute honor to continue my journey with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue and the Dallas Cowboys organization.
This season is especially meaningful as I step into my second season as Captain, a responsibility I don't take lightly and a role I'm incredibly proud to continue.
But before the title, before the uniform, and before the stage… there was just a kid who loved to dance.
At 15 years old, I became the first male member of my high school dance team. I didn't have a blueprint for what that journey would look like; I just knew I belonged on that floor.
From there, my path took me through collegiate cheerleading, Navarro Junior College, Texas Tech University, World Championship stages, and even auditions for So You Think You Can Dance and America's Got Talent.
Then, in 2019, after stepping away from dance for five years, I decided to take one more chance on myself. I auditioned for DCRB.
That one decision changed everything.
What started as an audition became a second chapter in my career, a place where I could rediscover my artistry, build friendships that became family, and represent something bigger than myself on one of the most iconic stages in the world.
And now, years later, I have the privilege of continuing to help lead the same team that once gave me the opportunity to simply dance again.
That's what DCRB means to me.
It's more than performing.
It's more than football.
It's more than a uniform.
It's about people. It's about purpose. It's about showing up, leaving an impact, and making sure the person beside you knows they belong.
When I'm not dancing or leading alongside my teammates, I'm an Assistant Community Director in the luxury residential industry. My career outside of dance has given me another platform to do something I love just as much: connect with people, lead with intention, and create experiences that make people feel seen.
I'm grateful for every person who has helped shape this journey — my family, my friends, my teammates, my mentors, my coaches, and the people who believed in me long before the world knew my name.
I've learned that sometimes the greatest moments in life come from simply having the courage to say yes one more time.
So here's to another season of music, movement, memories, and representing the star.
Thank you for letting me dance for you.
Let's make this one unforgettable.
Go Cowboys! 🏈🎵

I Dance Because:
Dance has always been my language. It gives me a place to be completely myself, tell a story without saying a word, and connect with people through movement. I dance because every time I step on a stage, I get to leave a piece of myself there and hopefully inspire someone watching to chase their own dream.
What I Like Most Besides Dance:
Spend time with the people I love, travel, stay active, create, and experience new things. I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by good energy, good people, and something that challenges me to grow.
I've Always Wanted To:
Leave a legacy that goes far beyond what I accomplished on a dance floor. I want to create opportunities, mentor the next generation, travel the world, and continue proving that it's never too late to pursue a dream.
Advice to Youngsters:
Don't rush your journey trying to become someone else. Be coachable, stay humble, work when nobody is watching, and never let rejection convince you that you aren't good enough. Your journey is supposed to look different.
Trust your timing, keep showing up, and remember you only need one opportunity to change everything.
What I Enjoy Most About Being a DCRB Dancer:
Being part of something that is bigger than me. DCRB has given me a platform to perform at the highest level, but more importantly, it has given me a family, a purpose, and an opportunity to help shape the future of coed hip-hop in professional sports.
I love the energy of performing for Cowboys Nation, but I'm most proud of the impact we make when we walk into a room and show people what is possible.
Favorite Cowboys Player, Past or Present:
Emmitt Smith — not only because of what he accomplished, but because of his work ethic, consistency, leadership, and determination to be great.
Favorite Performer:
Janet Jackson — her precision, musicality, versatility, stage presence, and ability to tell a story through movement have always inspired me. She is the definition of an artist who can make every performance feel powerful, intentional, and unforgettable.
Favorite Music:
Hip-hop, R&B, pop, and anything that makes me want to move. I love music with energy, personality, and a story behind it.
Favorite Quotes:
"Don't be afraid to be different. Be afraid to be the same as everyone else."
"Success isn't given. It's earned when nobody is watching."
"Your only limit is the one you place on yourself."
Fantasy Dinner Guests (Dead or Alive):
Janet Jackson — to talk artistry, performance, creativity, and what it takes to become an icon.
Denzel Washington — for wisdom, perspective, and life lessons.
Oprah Winfrey — for the conversation, inspiration, and stories about overcoming obstacles and building a legacy.
