Hey Cowboys Nation!

I couldn't be more thrilled to be entering my fourth season with Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue and my second year serving as Captain!

Growing up a Cowboys fan, it is truly an honor to represent the best team in the NFL and to be part of such an incredible organization and team. I am beyond excited for everything this season has in store!

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and have been dancing for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I trained in a variety of dance styles and developed a passion for performing that has continued to shape who I am today.

After graduating high school, I attended the University of North Texas, where I had the opportunity to be a member of the North Texas Dancers for three years.

Outside of Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, I teach dance to kids ages 4–18. Being able to share my love of dance with the next generation is incredibly rewarding, and I love having the opportunity to be a positive role model for my students both inside and outside of the studio.

One of my favorite parts of being a member of DCRB is having the opportunity to represent the Cowboys throughout the community and connect with Cowboys fans of all ages.

I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to represent America's Team for another season.

I am so proud to call Dallas home and cannot wait to make even more unforgettable memories this season.

Besides dance, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.

My advice to youngsters is to say yes to everything because you never know when an opportunity will become important later on.

My biggest role models are my parents.

My favorite Cowboys player is Emmitt Smith because he is a great football player and dancer!
