Cowboys Nation,
Born and raised in Mer Rouge, Louisiana, I'm incredibly proud to enter my veteran season with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue. Dance has always been my passion and a major part of who I am.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to perform alongside and for incredible artists, including Kenyon Dixon at Twogether Fest and A$AP Rocky during the Don't Be Dumb Tour. I've also had the opportunity to perform on major stages and projects that have continued to challenge me, inspire me, and help me grow as an artist.
Outside of dance, I studied Massage Therapy at Navarro College, which has given me a deeper appreciation for health, wellness, and taking care of the body. I'm excited to continue bringing my energy, heart, and passion for performance to the field while creating unforgettable experiences for Cowboys fans this season.
My journey to DCRB was anything but easy. I auditioned five times before making the team. Every "no" tested me, but I refused to let rejection define me. I continued to train, show up, and believe in myself because I knew I was meant to be here.
That journey taught me the importance of perseverance, determination, faith, and trusting the timing of my life. Making this team is a reminder that sometimes the biggest dreams require you to keep knocking until the right door finally opens.
Go Cowboys!

Number of years on the team:
This is my veteran season with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, and I'm incredibly grateful for every experience, lesson, and opportunity this journey has given me.
Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience:
My experience includes performing and choreographing across a variety of platforms and productions. I've worked with T.D. Jakes for the Leadership Summit and danced and choreographed for the nonprofit organization Stand Ministries. I've also been featured in the FIFA commercial project We Are 26 and have performed as a background dancer for Kenyon Dixon and A$AP Rocky.
Additionally, I've had the opportunity to perform as a Bollywood dancer alongside Vaani Kapoor and perform on the world stage during the FIFA World Cup. Each experience has allowed me to grow as a performer, expand my versatility, and continue pursuing my passion for dance.
Nicknames:

I dance because:
I dance because it's the one place where I feel completely free. Dance allows me to express emotions, tell stories, connect with people, and be my most authentic self.
What I like to do most besides dance is:
I enjoy spending quality time with the people I love, exploring new experiences, traveling, and finding ways to continue growing personally outside of dance.
I've always wanted to:
I've always wanted to visit the mountains and experience the feeling of breathing in that fresh, untouched air. There's something about the quiet and stillness of the mountains that I imagine would bring a sense of peace and allow me to slow down, reflect, and simply enjoy the moment.
Advice to Youngsters:
To all the young dancers out there: never give up on yourself. Your journey will not look like anyone else's, and that's okay. There will be moments when you hear "no," when things don't happen on your timeline, or when you question whether you're on the right path. Trust that every experience is preparing you for your moment.
Keep training. Keep showing up. Keep learning. Most importantly, keep believing in yourself. The right opportunity will come, and when that door opens, you'll be ready to walk through it.
My biggest role model is:
My mom is my biggest role model. She has taught me what it means to be strong, resilient, compassionate, and determined, even when life becomes challenging. Watching her navigate life with grace, strength, and unwavering love has shaped the person I am today.
She reminds me that hard work, dedication, kindness, and perseverance are essential to living a meaningful life. Her accomplishments inspire me, her courage motivates me, and her unconditional support reminds me that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. I'm incredibly grateful to have her as my guide, my teacher, and my example of what it means to be truly extraordinary.
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is:
What I love most about DCRB is the energy, the grind, and the family. There's something special about being surrounded by people who are just as passionate, driven, and committed to excellence as you are. The relationships and experiences I've gained through this team are something I'll always value.
Favorite Cowboys player past or present:
Emmitt Smith.
Favorite Performer:
Missy Elliott. Her entire artistic identity is iconic — her music, videos, fashion, creativity, and energy. She is one of those performers who leaves a lasting impression everywhere she goes, and I've always admired her ability to completely own her artistry.
Favorite Music:
I enjoy all genres of music, but old-school R&B will always have a special place in my heart. There's something timeless about the music, the melodies, and the emotion behind it.
Favorite Quotes:
"Don't wait for life to happen. Set your goals, embrace your true self, and start creating the life you were meant to live."
The three guests I would invite to my fantasy dinner party are (dead or alive):
Michael Jackson, Teyana Taylor, and Prince. It would be an unforgettable evening filled with music, creativity, style, storytelling, and pure magic.
