Howdy Cowboys Fans!

I am so excited to be back with DCR&B for my second season. Last year was a dream come true, and I feel so incredibly thankful to be able to do it all over again.

It is an honor to represent this organization alongside so many talented and passionate performers.

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where I began dancing as a little girl. I danced throughout my whole childhood and even into adulthood. It is incredibly fulfilling to continue pursuing my passion after all these years.

I am grateful to the Dallas Cowboys, DCR&B, and our fans for allowing me to live out this dream. This experience has been exhilarating, challenging, enriching, and ultimately rewarding.

Thank you to all of my friends and family who have shown me unwavering support for many years. Thank you to my fellow teammates, alumni, and director Jenny for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Number of years on the team:

This is my second season on DCR&B!

Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience:

After dancing in high school, I attended a dance program in Las Vegas called TAPS. That led me to perform in some small shows and gig work around Vegas and back in Dallas.

Then, I continued my dance experience in contemporary spaces with Urban Performing Company and 6 O'Clock Dance Theatre. Prior to DCR&B, I danced for the Allen Americans as an Ice Angel. I am so thankful to have joined DCR&B and to continue my dream of dancing.

Nicknames:

The people closest to me call me Ash, but you will also hear people refer to me by my last name, Kinder.

Hometown:

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX.

I dance because:

I dance because it brings out the most authentic, happiest, and enriched version of myself. I am who I am in large part because of dance!

What I like most besides dance is:

I love to rock climb in my free time!

I've always wanted to:

I have always wanted to visit every country in Europe. I went to Italy for the first time this year and can't wait to go back and explore more!

Advice to Youngsters:

My advice to youngsters would be to keep believing in yourself even when you're discouraged. Life will not always move in the direction you planned, but you will land exactly where you're meant to be.

My biggest role model is:

My grandparents are my biggest role models. They have led and shaped my life in many ways. My grandparents have been married for 65 years, and I hope to follow in their footsteps.

What I enjoy most about being a DCR&B dancer is the passion, love, and support from my teammates, the alumni, and our director, Jenny. It truly feels like we are all family here!
