Hello Cowboys Nation!

I cannot express how excited and grateful I am to be back for a third year with Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue! Dancing with the best dance team in the NFL has been a dream of mine, and I'm glad I get to dance with some wickedly talented people.

I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and lived there until I was four, which is when my family moved to Texas. We have been here ever since.

I started dancing at a dance studio when I was only three and started training and competing in hip-hop when I was twelve. I continued doing hip-hop throughout middle school and high school and even in college at UTA, where I was a dance coordinator for one of the student organizations.

I stopped dancing when the pandemic hit in 2020, but I missed it too much and decided to pick it back up in 2022 by taking classes locally. I then joined a competitive team called Izavibe and eventually became the captain.

Now, I teach dance as well as perform, and I'm living my best life and making my dreams of being a professional dancer come true!

No amount of words can begin to describe how thankful I am to be a part of the team for this season and for the support I have been given by friends, family, and fellow dancers in the community.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you Cowboys fans at the games and making lasting memories!

GO COWBOYS!
