Hey there, Cowboys Fans!
I am thrilled to announce my second season under THE Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue. Last year, I moved to DFW all the way from El Paso, Texas after making my dream team a reality. It was absolutely worth it! I had such a beautiful experience and found family in my teammates. I am truly so grateful for everyone I have met along the way.
My team and I bring such a unique and spectacular energy to every game and I cannot wait for you to join in on the fun! I am endlessly inspired by them and I know you'll fall in love with them, too. We are all so extremely talented and blessed to share our passion with you all while representing Cowboys across our chests.
I hope to inspire others the way that past DCRB alumni inspired little KB. I am proud to represent my 915 community and I will continue to shoutout my hometown at every game. Thank you to everyone who has believed in me and continues to support me. I'll see you at AT&T Stadium,
Vamos Vaqueros!
DCRB Kaitlyn
Number of Years on the Team:
I am entering my second year as part of THE Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue!
Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience:
I am a proud alumna of The University of Texas at El Paso, where I was a part of the UTEP Dance Team, formally known as the UTEP Golddiggers.
I ran as a captain for four years, and during my senior year, my team and I made history by entering NDA Nationals for the first time in program history and winning our first-ever National Championship in the D1A Spirit Rally Division in 2023.
Simultaneously, I studied hip-hop, house, jazz, and contemporary styles under Urban Movement Dance Academy with our adult hip-hop team, French Dip, and contemporary company.
I have been blessed to be a part of Kacey Musgraves' Meta VR experience, the FIFA World Cup performances at AT&T Stadium, and Hype Dallas.
Nicknames:
El Paso knows me as Kaitie Belle, but I also go by Kaitie or KB.
Hometown:
I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas!
I Dance Because:
For me, dance is the closest thing to heaven on earth. It has given me confidence and freedom to express myself and bond with so many people.
Dance has taught me so many valuable life lessons that not only make me a better dancer, but a better person.
I am grateful to have found a passion that makes me feel my happiest and connects me with others. It truly is my happy place.
What I Like Most Besides Dance:
When I'm not dancing, you'll most likely find me at the gym or exploring local coffee shops and thrift stores.
I've Always Wanted To:
I have always wanted to do a solo day trip to a city I've never been to before and explore as much as I can within 24 hours!
Advice to Youngsters:
Dream BIG. Where you come from does not define your limits. If a dream is instilled in you, it is there for a reason. Go after it!
You deserve to know that you're capable of so much more than you realize.
My Biggest Role Model:
My parents. Thank you for always supporting me and helping me live out my dream of becoming a professional dancer.
Dad, I've seen how much you work to provide for us, and I am so grateful for you.
Mom, you are the absolute greatest friend, mom, and dance mom any girl could ask for. You are absolutely beautiful in every single way.
You both have given me the whole world, and I aspire to be as hardworking and strong as both of you.
What I Enjoy Most About Being a DCRB Dancer:
I look forward to every single game day at AT&T Stadium. There is something so special about interacting with fans and performing throughout the stadium.
It is unlike anything else I've experienced and is truly a core memory I'll keep with me forever.
My Favorite Cowboys Player, Past or Present:
CeeDee Lamb
Favorite Performer:
Tate McRae. I would love to watch her in concert.
Favorite Music:
R&B and Reggaeton are my top playlists.
Favorite Quote:
"The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all." — Mulan
The Three Guests I Would Invite to My Fantasy Dinner Party Are:
I would organize a dinner with my Grandpa, "Honey" as we call him, and my two cousins, Kalvin and Korey, because we always used to have the best conversations at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I'd want the opportunity to share with Honey all the amazing things I've done over the past three years.
