Hey Cowboys Nation!

I am beyond grateful and excited to return for my fourth season as a Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancer and my second year serving as Co-Captain!
It is such an honor to continue representing America's Team, and I'm incredibly excited for another unforgettable season alongside my talented teammates.

I was born and raised in The Colony, Texas, and graduated from Lewisville High School in 2022.

I was a competitive cheerleader for 12 years before discovering my love for dance in middle school.
Throughout middle school and high school, I was a member of The Officials, a competitive hip-hop team, and I now have the opportunity to give back as an Assistant Director.

I recently graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
I currently work as a Marketing Coordinator for a sports organization, where I get to combine my creativity with my love for social media, marketing, and content creation.

Outside of Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, I also teach dance, which continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

I feel incredibly blessed to represent America's Team for a fourth year and am so thankful for my family, friends, coaches, and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey.

I can't wait to see what this season has in store!

I Dance Because:
I dance because it's God's gift to me! Dancing allows me to express myself and my emotions.
It's therapy, but it's also just fun! Dancing is physically and mentally demanding, but it's beyond rewarding.

What I Like Most Besides Dance:
Besides dancing, I love teaching and coaching my students. I teach kids from ages 2 to 17, and it is one of the greatest gifts.
The most rewarding part of teaching is watching my students learn and grow throughout the years.
I also love spending time with my friends and family.

I've Always Wanted To:
I've always wanted to be a storm chaser! One of my bucket-list goals is to chase a tornado!

Advice to Youngsters:
Always be yourself and stay true to your morals. Don't be afraid to be different, and have fun in anything and everything you do.

My Biggest Role Model:
My biggest role model is my mom. She is the hardest-working woman I know and does everything under the sun for me.
She inspires me more than she knows, and without her support and love, I don't know where I would be.

What I Enjoy Most About Being a DCRB Dancer:
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB dancer is the relationships I get to create!
Building relationships with the dancers, drummers, and people behind the scenes is incredibly special.
We also get to meet so many fans during appearances and on game days, and it's such a pleasure getting to know Cowboys Nation!
