2025 DALLAS COWBOYS TRAINING CAMP

2025 Dallas Cowboys Training Camp presented by American Airlines will be open for fans to attend practice sessions in Oxnard from Tuesday, July 22 through Wednesday, August 13.

Training Camp in Oxnard will be highlighted by the annual camp opening ceremony – Cowboys Back Together Weekend presented by American Airlines – as the team welcomes fans back to training camp on Saturday, July 26. The Cowboys Back Together Weekend event will begin at 9:15 am PT as fans enjoy live entertainment, appearances by Cowboys Alumni, Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders autograph signing, exclusive merchandise, prizes, giveaways and more! Opening ceremony will take place at 11:15 am PT which will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones before the open practice session at 11:45 am PT.

On Thursday, July 31st, the team will host Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA to show their gratitude towards miliary personnel and first responders. Heroes who wear their military or first responder uniform or show their military ID will receive free general admission parking and two reserved spots on the sideline VIP structure to view practice. Capacity is limited; first come, first served.

Training Camp at The Star presented by American Airlines is returning to Ford Center at The Star in Frisco Aug. 19 & 20.

The Dallas Cowboys will return from their portion of training camp in Oxnard, California to host two open practices as part of 2025 Training Camp presented by American Airlines at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Training Camp practices provide fans the opportunity to see Dallas Cowboys players and coaches as they prepare for the 2025 season.

The Training Camp schedule in Frisco will kick off on Tuesday, August 19th at 4:00 p.m. outside Ford Center on Tostitos Championship Plaza with a live DJ, mascot Rowdy, interactive games, giveaways and more. Doors to Ford Center will open to the public starting at 4:30 p.m. in advance of the Opening Ceremony, which is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m., with open practice to follow from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday night's Opening Ceremony presented by American Airlines will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones and American Airlines Director of Partnerships and Community, Griffin Gonzalez, ahead of the 6:00 p.m. two-hour open practice session.

Plaza festivities will continue on Wednesday, August 20th for Cowboys Night, beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Tostitos Championship Plaza. The open practice taking place from 6:00pm – 8:00pm will be broadcast live on TXA 21 and streamed on DallasCowboys.com. The broadcast hosted by Bill Jones with additional segments featuring talent from DallasCowboys.com.

Both Dallas Cowboys Training Camp practices are free and open to the public.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences Check-In Process

All guests must scan their ticket and receive proper credentials from the Fan Experiences Check-In table upon arrival. Check-in is located to the left of the main entrance.

Young Fan Policy

Children ages 12 or under are granted free entry to the YAAMAVA' HOSPITALITY DECK when accompanying a purchasing adult. Only one child per purchasing adult is permitted. Children must always be accompanied by an adult when entering the hospitality space. Limitations may apply if the hospitality deck reaches maximum capacity.

Open Practice Policy

As a reminder, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp 2025 is free to the public. Purchase of Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences packages are not required. All guests are welcome to observe designated open practices free of charge from the bleachers.

Fan Experience tickets are available for all public practice dates besides Heroes Appreciation Day on Thursday July 31st. On Saturday, August 2nd, only Sideline Access will be available for purchase.
