2026 DALLAS COWBOYS TRAINING CAMP

2026 Dallas Cowboys Training Camp presented by American Airlines will be open for fans to attend practice sessions from Wednesday, July 29 through Tuesday, August 18. Open practices are free and open to the public. Join the Cowboys in celebrating 20 years in Oxnard!

Training Camp in Oxnard will be highlighted by the annual camp opening ceremony – Cowboys Back Together Saturday presented by American Airlines – as the team welcomes fans back to training camp on Saturday, August 1. The Cowboys Back Together Saturday event will begin at 9:15 am PT as fans enjoy live entertainment, Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, exclusive merchandise, giveaways and more! The Opening Ceremony will take place at 11:15 am PT which will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, 90 boys and girls from NFL Flag Ventura County, and remarks from the Jones Family and Mayor of Oxnard before the open practice session at 11:45 am PT.

On Thursday, August 6, the team will host Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA to show their gratitude towards miliary personnel and first responders. Heroes who wear their military or first responder uniform or show their military ID will receive free general admission parking and two reserved spots on the sideline VIP structure to view practice. Capacity is limited; first come, first served.

Put on your best Dallas Cowboys gear and head over to The Collection at RiverPark for Oxnard Fan Night featuring the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders! This free community event is a chance for fans to see performances by America's Sweethearts and meet Cowboys Mascot Rowdy. This event will also include Dallas Cowboys trivia, contests, giveaways, and more! This year's event will feature hosts Junior Lledo and Francois the Great, plus Cowboys-themed performances, an appearance by Cowboys legends and more!

Following the last practice in Oxnard on August 13, the team will return home to Texas for the final portion of Dallas Cowboys Training Camp at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Select practices will be open to the public and will be announced at a later date.

YOUNG FAN POLICY: One child aged 12 or under is eligible for free entry to the hospitality deck when accompanying a purchasing adult. Accommodation is subject to remaining available capacity and only eligible for the hospitality deck.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences – Know Before You Go

Fan Experiences tickets must be purchased in advance of practice dates and are sold exclusively through SeatGeek. There will be no on-site ticket sales at the River Ridge Playing Fields.

All guests must scan their ticket and receive a wristband from the Fan Experiences Check-In table upon arrival. Check-in is located to the left of the main entrance, before the security checkpoint.

Open Practice Policy

As a reminder, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp 2026 is free to the public. Purchase of Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences tickets are not required. All guests are welcome to enter the grounds and observe open practices free of charge from the sideline bleachers.

Fan Experience tickets are available for all public practice dates besides Heroes Appreciation Day on Thursday, August 6. On Sunday, August 9, only Sideline Access will be available for purchase.

Admission & Parking

General admission is free and open to the public. Entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited City of Oxnard parking benefiting the Oxnard Police Explorers Program is available for $20 per car.
