The Dallas Cowboys are committed to conversations and actions that move us towards a more equal and just tomorrow. Through partnerships with The Salvation Army, Café Momentum, Unlocking Doors, local police departments, DFW judiciary leaders and more, the Cowboys are engaging in the four priority areas of the NFL's Inspire Change initiative: education, economic advancement, police and community relations, and criminal justice reform. Inspire Change showcases how NFL players, clubs and the league are joining together to ensure that access to opportunity is a reality for all.
My Cause My Cleats
An annual league-wide initiative, My Cause My Cleats celebrates the positive impact that players and coaches have made in communities across America and provides participants with an opportunity to highlight the causes and non-profits they are passionate about off the field, during a game on-field.
Mentorship Wednesdays
Through Mentorship Wednesdays, Dallas Cowboys staff and Legends build meaningful connections with the youth of The Salvation Army Gene and Jerry Jones Family Youth Education Town (YET). Each month, they spend time engaging in activities like games, tutoring, and open conversation—creating a supportive environment where encouragement, shared experiences, and positive role modeling leave a lasting impact on at-risk youth.
NFL Foundation Social Justice Grants
The Dallas Cowboys proudly awarded NFL Foundation Social Justice Community Grants to Dallas ISD Superintendent Dr. Stephanie Elizalde and Fort Worth ISD Director of Athletics Dr. Lisa Langston, honoring their leadership in expanding character development, mentorship, and opportunities for girls through flag football across DFW. Their vision has created meaningful pathways for young athletes to succeed on and off the field. In celebration, both were surprised with tickets to Super Bowl LIX by Cowboys Legend and Director of Youth Football Development Danny McCray alongside Rowdy, and each district received a $10,000 grant to further support their impactful work.
Café Momentum
Dallas Cowboys players visit Café Momentum for dinner and conversation with program participants. Momentum's mission is to transform young lives by equipping justice-involved youth with life skills, education and employment opportunities to help them achieve their full potential. Working alongside the Juvenile Justice Department and local community partners, Café Momentum strives to teach the country's youth that it is possible to break the cycle of incarceration and violence that many youth have faced.
NFL Inspire Change Changemaker Award
In celebration of Inspire Change, the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Foundation annual honor a North Texas community leader with the prestigious Inspire Change Changemaker Award Grant during a special pregame recognition at AT&T Stadium. The award highlights the recipient's transformative work to empower others through leadership and the spirit of lasting change. Most recently, the Cowboys presented Lisa Rose, founder of The Gatehouse in Grapevine with the recognition.
High School Development Summit
The Dallas Cowboys hosted the fifth annual High School Coaching Development Summit at The Star in Frisco during the team's offseason optional training activities. Presented by Nike, the event offered 20 North Texas high school assistant football coaches and girls flag football coaches an opportunity to discuss professional and personal development topics with Dallas Cowboys coaches and team personnel.
Inspire Change Prison Fellowship Camp
Each summer, the Dallas Cowboys support Prison Fellowship Ministries - the nation's largest non-profit serving prisoners, former prisoners, and their families - in hosting a free Flag football camp for more than 150 children at The Star in Frisco. The youth, whose parents are currently incarcerated, have been sourced by Prison Fellowship from a variety of North Texas non-profit organizations to attend the camp at no cost to themselves or their families.

Cowboys Fellowship is a Black Employee Network with the mission of continuing the ongoing conversation around racism in America while providing practical tools for becoming part of the solution.
Black History Month Luncheon
Hosted by The Fellowship, a black employee network, the Dallas Cowboys annual host a Black History Month luncheon at The Star in Frisco for all staff. The event includes a customized lunch menu and a panel discussion. Past panelists incude Quarterback Dak Prescott and VP of Player Personnel Will McClay.
