Inspire-Change-hero

The Dallas Cowboys are committed to conversations and actions that move us towards a more equal and just tomorrow. Through partnerships with The Salvation Army, Café Momentum, local police departments, DFW judiciary leaders and more, the Cowboys are engaging in the four priority areas of the NFL's Inspire Change initiative: education, economic advancement, police community relations, and criminal justice reform.

My Cause My Cleats

An annual league-wide initiative, My Cause My Cleats celebrates the positive impact that players and coaches have made in communities across America and provides participants with an opportunity to highlight the causes and non-profits they are passionate about off the field, during a game on-field.
