Afton Merritt Bhagat
I took my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification course in 2017 with Core Power Yoga. Since then, I have taken 100 more hours in elective trainings. I am certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Spin and Barre classes. When I teach class, I want my students to feel like they are part of an inclusive community that accepts them for who they are and are excited to be in an encouraging environment that reaps the benefits of hard physical, mental and emotional work. We are all on our own journeys through life and I believe it is special when our journeys can collide for an hour of joint practice.
With their eyes toward the future, the Dallas Cowboys picked Dak Prescott out of Mississippi State with the team's second selection in the fourth round (135th overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft. The move was a rare one for Dallas, as Prescott became the first quarterback drafted by the Cowboys since Stephen McGee in 2009, and only the fifth in the common draft since Jerry Jones bought the team in 1989.
