Globe Life Girls Flag Scholarship

The Globe Life Girls Flag Star Scholars program is proud to recognize and invest in the next generation of young female leaders both on the field and in the classroom by supporting students as they pursue higher education and longterm success.

Created in partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, this college scholarship program will honor 10 outstanding high school senior student athletes who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, resilience, and a passion for girl's flag football.

Ten (10) one-time scholarships of $5,100 each will be awarded in 2026 to graduating seniors participating in the Dallas Cowboys High School Girls Flag Football League – North Texas Region.

Scholarship funds may be used toward tuition related expenses, including room and board, academic materials, and institutional fees at an accredited college, university, or trade school.

Applicants are evaluated holistically, with consideration given to academic performance, leadership experiences, community involvement, personal growth, and the values developed through participation in flag football. Final scholarship recipients will be selected by a panel of leaders from the Dallas Cowboys organization and Globe Life.
