2026 DALLAS COWBOYS TRAINING CAMP

2026 Dallas Cowboys Training Camp presented by American Airlines will be open for fans to attend practice sessions from Wednesday, July 29 through Tuesday, August 18. Open practices are free and open to the public. Join the Cowboys in celebrating 20 years in Oxnard!

Training Camp in Oxnard will be highlighted by the annual camp opening ceremony – Cowboys Back Together Saturday presented by American Airlines – as the team welcomes fans back to training camp on Saturday, August 1. The Cowboys Back Together Saturday event will begin at 9:15 am PT as fans enjoy live entertainment, Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, exclusive merchandise, giveaways and more! The Opening Ceremony will take place at 11:15 am PT which will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, 90 boys and girls from NFL Flag Ventura County, and remarks from the Jones Family and Mayor of Oxnard before the open practice session at 11:45 am PT.

On Thursday, August 6, the team will host Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA to show their gratitude towards miliary personnel and first responders. Heroes who wear their military or first responder uniform or show their military ID will receive free general admission parking and two reserved spots on the sideline VIP structure to view practice. Capacity is limited; first come, first served.

Dallas Cowboys Training Camp presented by American Airlines is returning to Ford Center at The Star in Frisco on Aug. 25 & 26.

The Dallas Cowboys will return from their portion of Training Camp in Oxnard, California, to host two open practices as part of the 2026 Training Camp presented by American Airlines at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. Training Camp practices provide fans the opportunity to see Dallas Cowboys players and coaches as they prepare for the 2026 season.

The Training Camp schedule in Frisco will kick off on Tuesday, August 25 at 5:30 p.m. with an Opening Ceremony presented by American Airlines, including a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones and American Airlines Director of Partnerships and Community Relations, Griffin Gonzalez, ahead of the 6:00 p.m. two-hour open practice session. Fans can also enjoy appearances by Cowboys mascot Rowdy and interactive fan activations throughout the evening. For the first time ever, a post-practice tailgate and drone show will take place outside on Tostitos Championship Plaza from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., featuring player appearances, a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and a special announcement as part of the evening's programming.

Training Camp festivities will continue on Wednesday, August 26 for Cowboys Night, beginning at 6:00 p.m. inside Ford Center. The open practice, taking place from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, will be broadcast live on TXA 21 and streamed on DallasCowboys.com, Cowboys Mobile and Cowboys Now on streaming devices. The broadcast will be hosted by Bill Jones and DallasCowboys.com reporters.

Both Dallas Cowboys Training Camp practices are free and open to the public. Doors to Ford Center will open to the public starting at 4:30 p.m. on both days.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences – Know Before You Go

Fan Experiences tickets must be purchased in advance of practice dates and are sold exclusively through SeatGeek. There will be no on-site ticket sales at the River Ridge Playing Fields.

All guests must scan their ticket and receive a wristband from the Fan Experiences Check-In table upon arrival. Check-in is located to the left of the main entrance, before the security checkpoint.

Open Practice Policy

As a reminder, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp 2026 is free to the public. Purchase of Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences tickets are not required. All guests are welcome to enter the grounds and observe open practices free of charge from the sideline bleachers.

Fan Experience tickets are available for all public practice dates besides Heroes Appreciation Day on Thursday, August 6. On Sunday, August 9, only Sideline Access will be available for purchase.

Admission & Parking

General admission is free and open to the public. Entry is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited City of Oxnard parking benefiting the Oxnard Police Explorers Program is available for $20 per car.
