Scandrick, T. Smith Headed To IR; OT, WR To Be Signed From Practice Squad

FRISCO, Texas –The 2017 has officially ended for left tackle Tyron Smith and cornerback Orlando Scandrick.

Both veterans will be moved to the Reserve/Injured list, Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett confirmed Friday. Neither were expected to play in Sunday's season finale at Philadelphia.

Smith lasted only one series last Sunday against Seattle due to a sprained knee he suffered the previous week. Scandrick has missed the last three games with two transverse process fractures in his back.

With two open roster spots, the Cowboys will sign offensive lineman Kadeem Edwards and wide receiver Lance Lenoir from the practice squad, Garrett said.
