FREE TO PLAY DALLAS COWBOYS DRAFT BRACKET CHALLENGE

Eligibility: Free to Play Dallas Cowboys Draft Bracket Challenge (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States. To be eligible, participant ("Entrant") must be a current Dallas Cowboys season ticket and/or suite holder, in good standing as of March 31, 2020, and 21 years of age or older. Employees of Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. ("Sponsor") or a member of such individual's immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they reside) or those living in their same households, whether or not related are not eligible to participate or win. By entering, Entrant agrees to abide by these rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Entry Period: The Promotion begins at or about 3:00 PM Central Standard Time ("CST") on April 22, 2020 and ends at 7:00 PM CST on April 23, 2020 (the "Promotion Period"). Official time will be kept by Sponsor.
To Participate: Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for entries lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected. Entries will become the sole property of Sponsor and by entering, Entrant expressly consents to adding his/her name to receive future promotional offers, and using Entrant's name for advertising, publicity or any other purposes whatsoever, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, without compensation and with or without attribution to Entrant, as Sponsor elects.
A. During the Promotion Period, Entrant may go to https://dallascowboys.bluestarsurveys.net/s3/2020-Draft-Bracket-Challenge ("Promotion Home Page") and follow the instructions to provide a predicated outcome (hereafter, "Prediction") on the upcoming 2020 National Football League ("NFL") Draft and the Dallas Cowboys' draft picks.
B. Entrant will be asked to provide their full name, e-mail address and the account number for the season tickets and/or suites the Entrant has with the Dallas Cowboys (the "Account"). Only one (1) entry per unique Account number will be allowed. If multiple entries are submitted under the same Account, only the first entry will be considered for the Promotion.
C. During the Promotion Period, various inquiries asking Entrants to predict the Dallas Cowboys 2020 draft picks ("Questions") will be available to answer. Entrants must submit at least one (1) Prediction to be eligible for the Prize. Entrants will be awarded certain points ("Points") for their Predictions, as further provided on the Promotion Home Page. Points will potentially be awarded for each Prediction submitted that correctly answers the (i) position, (ii) school, (iii) name, or (iv) trade of each of the Dallas Cowboys' draft picks during the 2020 NFL Draft. The number of potential Points awarded may vary by Question. Whether a Prediction is correct will be based on the outcome of the applicable round draft pick, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Promotion Period and will be one (1) of the following three (3) prizes solely depending on the type of Account the Entrant has with the Dallas Cowboys.
A. Dallas Cowboys Season Ticket Holders: a credit of up to Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00) will be applied to the winner's season ticket invoice for the 2020 Dallas Cowboys football season for their Account. The maximum credit value depends on the value of the winner's season ticket Account. If the winner's 2020 season ticket Account is less than Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00) then the full 2020 season ticket Account invoice will be credited, and the winner shall not be eligible for any difference between the credited amount and Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00). Additionally, if the winner's 2020 season ticket Account is over Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00) the winner will receive a credit of Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00) to their 2020 season ticket invoice and the winner shall still be liable for the remainder of their 2020 season ticket Account invoice. Approximate retail value ("ARV") is up to Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00).
B. Dallas Cowboys Owners/Legends Season Ticket Holders: one (1) luxury suite during one (1) mutually agreed upon Dallas Cowboys 2020 regular season home game. Suite usage will include eighteen (18) suite tickets and five (5) VIP parking passes. The winner will have the right to purchase up to eight (8) additional standing-room only suite tickets. The specific suite location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV is Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00).
C. Dallas Cowboys Season Suite Holders: winner's choice of either (i) a one (1) time credit in the amount of Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00) applied toward the winner's Account for the 2020 Dallas Cowboys football season, OR (ii) the option to gift one (1) luxury suite to one (1) mutually agreed upon Dallas Cowboys 2020 regular season home game to the charity of their choice. ARV for the one (1) time credit is Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00). ARV for the suite for charity is Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00).
Sponsor reserve the right to substitute any portion of the prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance of and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded.
WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: A potential winner will be determined at the conclusion of the Promotion. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Entrant who accumulates the highest number of valid Points for the Promotion Period, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of a tie for the Grand Prize, the single participant who submitted their entry first chronologically will be declared the winner for the prize at hand. The tabulation of Points and identification of potential winners will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding with respect to these Official Rules and in all other matters relating to this Promotion. At the conclusion of the Promotion, if no Entrant earns at least one (1) Point, in Sponsor's sole discretion, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to win one (1) luxury suite to one (1) mutually agreed upon event. Suite usage will include eighteen (18) suite tickets and five (5) VIP parking passes. The winner will have the right to purchase up to eight (8) additional standing-room only suite tickets. The specific suite location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV is Twenty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($20,000.00). The Grand Prize will be awarded to the person named on the Dallas Cowboys season suite and/or ticket holder account, regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address identified in the registration form (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules). A potential winner will be notified by telephone or email after the drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize. The prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and any other requested documents within the time period specified in the notification email or the prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Failure to provide all required information and a signature on the documents within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of winner's right to claim the prize, and may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential prize winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential prize winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of the Released Parties.
Disclaimer: Each Entrant in this Promotion agrees to release and hold harmless each Sponsor, NFL Entities (as defined below), and each Sponsor's directors, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, joint ventures, partners, parent companies, divisions, related entities, employees, agents and representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Promotion, including without limitation, any prize providers (the "Released Parties"), from and against all claims, including but not limited to mechanical errors and other errors, inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, late, lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered or misdirected registrations, Points, or Predictions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, registrations or submission; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Wi-Fi, Internet Service Provider (ISP), server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; errors in these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials, the selection or announcement of a potential winner or the announcement or distribution of the prize or any delays in delivery of prize; Prediction submission, Point tabulation, Point multiplication, or timing errors or other problems or error of any kind that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, whether mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind, without limitation, that may arise from or in connection with Entrant's participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the prize(s), or participation in prize-related activities. There is no guarantee that the Dallas Cowboys will select a player for a 2020 NFL draft pick from the list on the Promotion Home Page. By participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees and acknowledges (i) that everything regarding this Promotion, including but not limited to the Promotion Home Page and the Grand Prize, are provided "as is" and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expires or implied, about the Grand Prize and Sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and (ii) to be bound by these official rules, all Sponsor-related terms and conditions, as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the official rules. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties, the above limitation may not apply to Entrant. In such states, the liability of the released parties is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.
Applicable Law: This Promotion and these official rules shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. As a condition to participating in this Promotion, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Collin County, Texas. The Entrant and Sponsor hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these official rules are declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
General: Sponsor reserves the right to void and remove any and all Predictions of a Entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, judging or proper play of this Promotion and such participant will be disqualified and all associated Predictions will be void. By participating, Entrants agrees that Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, Prediction, prize information and/or statements about this Promotion for advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide at the discretion of the Sponsor without limitation, further compensation or notice. If, for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, feasibility or proper conduct of the Promotion, including but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsors' control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to abbreviate, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part without notice and further obligation. In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension as a result of a Force Majeure Event, Sponsor reserve the right, but not the obligation, to select a winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. In no event will more Grand Prizes be awarded than those specifically listed. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws. Income and other taxes or tariffs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other restrictions may apply. All rights reserved. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Promotion. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy statement at https://www.dallascowboys.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy statement of the Sponsor.
