| Consistent hand placement and technique to pair with an incredible frame. Shows off stout kick-slide and anchor against power rushers. Smart player with over 35 starts along the offensive line. | Doesn’t get the pad level low enough, which is tough to do with his height. Labors when working up to the second level and stumbles out of the gate when getting out of his stance. Adjustments are needed while resetting. |
OVERVIEW: From left tackle in 2022 to full-time starting right tackle in 2023 and 2024, Trapilo excelled at whatever task he was given along the offensive line. Son of former Saints and Patriots offensive guard Steve Trapilo, Ozzy followed in his footsteps to Boston College and will likely follow him to the NFL Draft too. He transformed his game over the last two seasons, earning first-team All-ACC honors in 2024 while blocking for one of the best run games in college football. Only allowed two sacks in more than 720 pass-blocking snaps over the last two years.
