Glover:"I assist players in four areas: financial education, career development, continuing education, family assistance and everything in between. Whether it's being a best friend or a counselor to a player or whether it's being sort of like a worst enemy or their harshest critic.
"You have to hold players accountable and you help to develop them where help is needed. I think having the background of being a player, you can sort of read body language of guys. You can read situations before they actually happen. You can be proactive about finding a cure if that is what's called for."
