What's up, Cowboys Fans!
I am super excited to be back for my 3rdseason with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancers! I am proud to be a part of the first and most profound co-ed dance team in the NFL and I can't wait to see what's in store for this year.
I was born and raised in Plano and am a 2x Dance Worlds gold medal champion. I enjoy studying different styles of dance and improving my craft by incorporating what I have learned into my own unique style.
Dancing is something that I have been called to do and it has found a special place in my heart; so, I'm excited to share that with all of you! I am so blessed to be with such a fun and supportive group of teammates, and I'm honored to be able to share the stage with them.
Biggest thanks to Cowboys Nation for having the most awesome fans in the NFL and for showing the world what it means to be part of America's team. I can't wait to continue to make history this year with the DCRB Legacy!

Number of years on the team: This year will be my 3rd year on the team.
Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience: My prior dance and entertainment experience includes 2 gold medal championships at The Dance Worlds, 8 dance National Championships, 2nd and 3rd place finishes at World of Dance, Choctaw Casinos, AT&T, and SXSW. I've also only been dancing for 5 years!
Nicknames: My nicknames are Barney, AB, AL B, B and Barnacle.
Hometown: My hometown is good ol' Plano, TX.
I dance because: I dance because I feel like God has blessed me with this talent and I don't want it to go to waste.
What I like to do most besides dance is: Besides dance, I like to play all sorts of video games. I've played since I was a kid and it's always been a great way for me to have fun.
I've always wanted to: I've always wanted to go to Italy and explore the different cities…Florence, Venice, and Rome are on my list!
Advice to Youngsters: My advice to all the young people out there is to have as much fun as you can but to also make wise choices.
My biggest role model is: My biggest role model is my mom because she's perfect.
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is: What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is that I get to meet all sorts of new people and I get to impact lives in a positive way.
Favorite Cowboys player past or present: My favorite Cowboys player is Emmitt Smith.
Favorite Performer: My favorite performer is Chris Brown.
Favorite Music: My favorite types of music are hip-hop, rap, and trap music.
Favorite Quotes: One of my favorite quotes is "P. Sherman 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney" – Dory from the movie "Finding Nemo." But on a serious note, my favorite quote is from "Finding Nemo;" "Just keep swimming!" It means that whatever happens in life, you have to remember to just keep going.
The three guests I would invite to my fantasy dinner party are: My three guests invited to my dinner party are Kevin Hart, Ryan Reynolds, and Will Smith.
