Hey Cowboys Nation,
I am eager to continue my journey as a member of the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue for a third year. I am ready to show everyone how much DCRB has grown!
I was born and raised in San Marcos, Texas and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Sam Houston State University. I am passionate about teaching students about fitness, connecting with others, and inspiring others to push past their limits!
I am blessed to be a part of such a selfless team that continuously thrives and grows every day. Thank you to all my family and friends that remain big supporters in my dance career!

Number of years on the team: This is my third year on the team!
Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience: I went to school at Sam Houston State University where I was a dance major and a member of the National Championship winning Orange Pride Dance Team.
Nicknames: A lot of people call me by my first name but I also go by Migs, Miggy, or the occasional Rufus!
Hometown: I am from the beautiful city of San Marcos!
I dance because: I dance because I love the challenge and the athleticism that goes with it. I also love it because I am able to connect with new people through dance.
What I like to do most besides dance is: I love teaching and working out. I coach a college dance team and I am a fitness instructor, so I am very lucky to get to do what I love every day!
I've always wanted to: I have always wanted to skydive, but I am terrified of heights and jumping out of planes.
Advice to Youngsters: Follow your heart and do what makes you happy. There will always be hard work to get to where you want to go, but when you get there it's amazing!
My biggest role model is: My biggest role models are my two older sisters! They have been such great influences and have helped me to follow my dreams since I was little. I can never thank them enough for all the love and support!
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is: I love meeting all the people along the journey each year. There are so many people that you meet from fans, employees, and choreographers to many of the other fantastic people that make the journey both enriching and fulfilling. Without DCRB, I wouldn't have the opportunity to make these rewarding connections.
Favorite Cowboys player past or present: My favorite cowboys player hands down and 100% is Jason Witten! He is such a great role model for kids and is an amazing player.
Favorite Performer: I love Pink. She is fearless and continually out does herself on every tour she goes on. Also, she can sing while hanging upside down…can you say TALENT!
Favorite Music: I am a fan of indie alternative music a lot. I guess you could say that the little bit of Austin that is still with me!

The three guests I would invite to my fantasy dinner party are: I would invite Kelly Clarkson because she will keep the dinner conversation entertaining! Pink will get an invite because she needs to teach me how she sings upside down. Last invite would go to Selena because I am so sad that I never got to experience her in-person and would love to meet her.
