As running backs coach Skip Peete has expressed before, the combined yardage between the three backs is the most important thing, not individual achievement. It's a slight leap of faith to make a change, since last year's attack worked really well, second-best in the league in yards per attempt. The only team with a higher per-carry average was . . . drumroll . . . Tennessee.  

The Cowboys could maximize the impact of their backs by following the Titans' example.
