John Park is the Director of Strategic Football Operations for the Dallas Cowboys, where he leads collaboration with coaches, scouts, and front-office personnel to provide data-driven recommendations for on-field success. For the 2016-2023 seasons, Park served in the same capacity with the Indianapolis Colts. In Indianapolis, he helped establish the team's evidence-based decision-making infrastructure as its first full-time hire in that domain and was responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying resources to support all facets of football operations.

Park's earlier roles included a stint in NFL Player Engagement (2016), as well as player development and recruiting positions at Rutgers University (2014-2015), including during the university's inaugural Big Ten season. Alongside his primary commitments, he plays an active role in contributing meaningfully to the advancement of the sport. Park currently serves as Chairman of the High Performance Committee of USA Football, the national governing body of American Football, and was a member of the inaugural Combine Performance Advisory Committee for the NFL Scouting Combine.

Prior to his football career, Park was a consultant with Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers while a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Notably, he now serves on the Board of Directors for the MATHCOUNTS Foundation.

Park earned his bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology from Duke University and his master's degree in actuarial science from Columbia University. He has also been recognized through the NFL's top executive programs, including Stanford's League of Leaders Executive Leadership Program, the Ozzie Newsome General Manager Forum, the NFL Quarterback Coaching Summit, and the NFL Front Office & General Manager Accelerator.
