Bravo-Brown was promoted to assistant wide receivers coach in 2025 after three seasons working with the special teams. Jerry Jeudy led the receiving room with 50 catches for 602 yards and two touchdowns in 2025 despite Cleveland's struggles to find consistency at the quarterback position.
In 2024 Bravo-Brown helped punter Corey Bojorquez lead the NFL in punts inside the 10-yard line (16), set the franchise record with 36 punts downed inside the 20-yard line, and finish second in single-season Browns history with a 49.3 yard-per-punt average. The Browns also had a very successful special teams unit in the 2023 season under Bravo-Brown's watchful eye, as kicker Dustin Hopkins set franchise records with 33 field goals - including a team record eight field goals from 50-plus yards - and set an NFL record with a 50-yard field goal in five consecutive games. Cleveland also led the league with three blocked field goals in 2023, and the strong season earned Bravo-Brown the role of special teams coordinator for the West team at the 2024 East-West Shrine Bowl.
In 2021 - Bravo-Brown's first season working with the special teams - rookie kicker Cade York set team rookie records for points (107) and PATs (35) while finishing second in made field goals (24).
As a defensive quality control coach from 2020-21, Bravo-Brown helped coach a defense that finished fifth in total defense in 2021, its highest ranked finish since the 1987 season, and saw Miles Garrett named first-team All-Pro after recording 16.0 sacks.
Prior to Cleveland, he spent the 2019 season as Missouri State's wide receivers coach and served as a graduate assistant coach and worked with wide receivers at Wake Forest from 2017-18 after joining the program in 2016 as an offensive quality control coach. The Demon Deacons went to three straight bowl games in that span, with the 2017 team setting numerous team and individual records, including points scored (459) and total offense (6,055 yards). He also participated in the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program for the Vikings in 2018 and the Jets in 2019 during offseason programs.
Bravo-Brown broke into coaching at Waldorf University, where he spent the 2015 season coaching the wide receivers and helped mentor a pair of all-conference standouts after concluding a successful college football career. He was a walk-on wide receiver at South Florida who earned a scholarship and lettered for the Bulls for three seasons. He played in 31 games and totaled 22 receptions for 259 yards for the Bulls before transferring to Eastern Illinois where he caught 38 passes for 289 yards in 12 games.
