The Dallas Cowboys signed long snapper Trent Sieg in the 2023 offseason to provide a veteran presence and stabilizing force at the ignition point of their special teams units. Sieg originally signed with Baltimore as an undrafted rookie in 2018 but was released after training camp and caught on with the Raiders, where he served as the primary long snapper for the last five seasons. He has played in 80 games over his five-year career, and Sieg signed a one-year deal with Dallas for the 2023 season.
