The 2026 Pro Bowl was announced on Tuesday with the Cowboys getting five players for the second straight year.
The group of Dak Prescott, George Pickens, Tyler Smith, Brandon Aubrey and Quinnen Williams makes up this year's Pro Bowl class of Cowboys. Here are 12 interesting facts surrounding this year's Pro Bowl picks for the Cowboys.
Of the 10 teams that have already clinched a playoff spot, only three of them have more Pro Bowlers than the Cowboys. Denver, Seattle and San Francisco each had six Pro Bowlers. Philly and the Chargers tied with the Cowboys with five, while the Rams (four), Bears (3), Bills (3), Patriots (2) and Jaguars (1) all have less than Dallas.
Since 2013, the Cowboys have had at least five Pro Bowlers in 11 of the last 12 seasons. The only exception occurred in 2020 during an injury-riddled COVID-affected season that saw the Cowboys finish 6-10. In every other year, at least five have made it.
Dak Prescott now has four Pro Bowl appearances, tying him for third place among Cowboys quarterbacks with Tony Romo (four). Both of them now trail Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman, who each made it six times.
With his four Pro Bowls, Dak has never made it in consecutive years, earning spots in 2016, 2018, 2023 and now 2025.
Brandon Aubrey is the first kicker in NFL history to make the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons.
The Cowboys have only had a kicker make the Pro Bowl eight times in franchise history. Aubrey is responsible for three of them.
Tyler Smith is the third guard in Cowboys history to make the Pro Bowl in three of his first four NFL seasons, joining Zack Martin and Larry Allen.
At the age of 24, Tyler Smith is just the third guard in NFL history to make three Pro Bowls before he turns 25. The others are the Colts' Quenton Nelson and former lineman Trai Turner.
Quinnen Williams becomes the first Cowboys defensive tackle selected to the Pro Bowl since Jason Hatcher in 2013. Williams is also just the eighth DT in team history to earn a Pro Bowl spot.
Quinnen Williams becomes the first Cowboys player selected to the Pro Bowl after starting the year with another team since Amari Cooper in 2018. Williams was traded over from the Jets back in November.
With George Pickens making the Pro Bowl, coupled with CeeDee Lamb's previous four trips, the Cowboys have had one wide receiver make the Pro Bowl in five straight seasons. The only other time in franchise history that occurred was in 1991-95 when Michael Irvin made it five straight times.
Two of the three NFC defensive ends to make the Pro Bowl are former Cowboys in Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence.
