I am so excited to be returning for my 3rd season with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dancers!
I was born and raised in Texas and have a Bachelors in Dance Education with a minor in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University. I enjoy all things fitness, fun, and outdoors.
I am thankful that God blessed me with the chance to be a part of such a wonderful organization. The friends, lessons, and opportunities that are presented through this team are 'once in a lifetime.' I look forward to another great season on the first co-ed dance team in the NFL!

Number of years on the team: This will be my 3rd year on the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue.
Prior Dance/Entertainment Industry Experience: I have danced on IMD Elite dance company, SFA's Pom Squad, SFA's Jack Attack, and SFA's Repertory Dance Company. This is my third year on a professional dance team.
Nicknames: My nicknames are Jess, Jessi, and Little Bit.
Hometown: I grew up in Keller, TX.
I dance because: I dance because it's what I love to do; I can't imagine my life without it.
What I like to do most besides dance is: The thing I like to do most besides dance is spend time with my family and friends. I have a very big family and we are very close. If we by chance all go to the gym and work out too, that's just a bonus.
I've always wanted to: I've always wanted to go skydiving. I'm a bit of a thrill seeker.
Advice to Youngsters: My advice to the youngsters out there would be to dream big. Set your goals and work hard to achieve them.
My biggest role model is: My grandparents and parents are by far my biggest role models.
What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is: What I enjoy most about being a DCRB Dancer is being surrounded by so many amazing people who have the same passion for dance as I do.
Favorite Cowboys player past or present: My favorite Cowboys player is Dak Prescott because he's a born leader, he's loyal, he's tough, insanely committed and has amazing work ethic.
Favorite Performer: Chris Brown and Michael Jackson are two of my favorite performers for both their dance and music abilities.
Favorite Music: I like country music, but being a dancer, I can pretty much vibe to anything with a beat.
