  • The Cowboys racked up five sacks of Rex Grossman - the most in a game this season. * David Buehler attempted a career-high five field goals, and converted a career-high four. * Jon Kitna's two touchdown passes gave him 167 for his career to pass another former Cowboys backup, Brad Johnson (166) for 54th in NFL history. * Before leaving with a concussion, Gerald Sensabaugh recorded his fourth interception of the season, tying his single-season career-best from 2008 while in Jacksonville. * Orlando Scandrick added another sack Sunday, his second in as many weeks. His season total of 2.5 sacks is second among Cowboys cornerbacks in a season. Victor Scott has the club-high with 3.0 in 1985. * DeMarcus Ware's 2.0 sacks against Washington gave him 11.5 for the season to mark the fifth straight year he has reached double-digit sacks. He is the only current defender to accomplish the feat and the first since Simeon Rice (2001-05). * Jason Witten's 10 catches gave him 605 for his career to make him the fourth tight end in league history to reach 600 career receptions. Witten did it in 125 games, faster than any of the previous three: Tony Gonzalez, Shannon Sharpe and Ozzie Newsome. * Witten finished the game with 140 yards to up his club tight end record of 100-yard games to 12. It was his first 100-yard outing of the season, and his touchdown reception was his seventh of the year, tying his own single-season career best first established in 2007.
