Oxnard Arrival Highlighted By Signing For Troops

OXNARD, Calif. -An annual tradition, at least in years they're practicing in this oceanside SoCal community, the Cowboys rang in their arrival for training camp with an autograph signing for servicemen and women and their families at Naval Air Station Point Mugu.

The exclusive, 45-minute signing session was the first order of business for players, coaches and cheerleaders, who stepped off their American Airlines charter and into a naval hanger in perfect temperatures for an up-close-and-personal meeting with America's heroes.

Prior to landing, Cowboys coach Jason Garrett took the intercom on the team plane to emphasize to his players the importance of thanking the troops for protecting their freedom.
