OVERVIEW: Cisse is one of the more athletically gifted players in the class. A high school basketball and track background translates to great speed and vertical ability that helped him win a lot of reps in college. Will need to refine his craft from a technique standpoint, but has all the tools to grow into a starter in any defensive scheme. Lacks ball-hawk production, but tape shows ability to break up passes with room for improvement on tracking the ball. Plus defender in the run game who fights off blocks and gets to the ball carrier in a hurry.
