| Hill has incredible athletic ability that allows him to cover the entire field. Is better downhill than most linebackers in the class and doesn’t just settle for tackles; he wants the ball too. Plays with notable pass rush ability. | Coverage skills need some polish, especially when playing man to man. Hill’s pad level gets high at the point of attack, meaning he can get pushed backwards. |
OVERVIEW: A native of Denton, Texas, Hill did a little bit of everything on defense for the Ryan Raiders, and he continued his success at Texas as a 5-star prospect. Notching 66 tackles with eight for loss and five sacks over 14 games as a true freshman, Hill quickly became a star in Austin. He then led the SEC in TFLs (16.0) and helped lead the Longhorns to the College Football Playoff in 2024. However, his 2025 season came to a close with a fractured bone in his hand against Georgia late in the year. His athleticism and production in the SEC will translate immediately, especially for teams looking to add speed.
