| With positional versatile, Reese can play both off the ball and on the ball. He made his mark in run defense and playing downhill with power and speed, but he also has the ability to range sideline to sideline. And he takes great angles to the ball. | He has small weaknesses in each spot. Off ball, he needs polish in coverage and is susceptible when defending quicker running backs or tight ends. On the ball, his pass-rush arsenal could be improved. |
OVERVIEW: Over three seasons with the Buckeyes, Reese went from being hidden on the depth chart to becoming one of the most imposing defensive figures in college football. With 69 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks over 14 games, he was named Big Ten Linebacker of the Year and a consensus All-American. His tape speaks volumes and Ohio State defensive coordinator Matt Patricia even said Reese began dictating opposing team's game plans as his final season continued.
