OVERVIEW: After waiting his turn for two seasons at California, he finally took advantage of his opportunity as a starter, tallying 92 tackles in 2023 with the Golden Bears. He then elected to transfer to TCU and immediately had to wait his turn on the bench again over 13 games. But similarly, his patience paid off with 130 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and four sacks in his final season. Elarms-Orr was named first-team All-Big 12 and finished among the top 10 in the FBS in tackles.
