PRO CON
Huge frame and impressive movement to pair with it. Was even a track star in Iowa during high school. Long arms and heavy hands produce a significant punch. Really dangerous in run blocking and rolling downhill. Struggles with some of the same things other big-bodied tackles do in this class: high pad level, lateral movement and wide hands. However, he may be the only one who also has some conditioning concerns as well.

OVERVIEW: On an offensive line that once featured current Cowboys right guard Tyler Booker, Proctor helped protect the left side for nearly 1,300 pass blocking snaps in three years at Alabama. He was a standout freshman who needed a bit of seasoning early with 12 sacks allowed (most in the FBS) over his first year in Tuscaloosa. After originally transferring after the departure of Nick Saban, he decided to return to the Crimson Tide under Kalen DeBoer and became an All-SEC and All-American left tackle over the next two full seasons.
