| Incredibly shifty and agile. Uses elite balance to move laterally at a moment’s notice. Stays low to the ground and has the ability to finish through contact. Also showcased some return ability during his time with the Demon Deacons. | Undersized frame limits his usage and raises durability concerns in the NFL. Straight-line speed doesn’t match his impressive lateral quickness. Physicality is lacking in pass protection, mostly due to his size limitations. |
OVERVIEW: One of the more elusive and electrifying runners in the 2026 NFL Draft class, Claiborne marries incredible lateral ability and contact balance better than most. He did his best throughout the entire ACC slate to prove he's more than just a change-of-pace running back, stacking up 907 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns. However, his best production happened against lower-level competition or early in the season, like his performance versus Georgia Tech (119 yards and 2 touchdowns).
