PRO CON
Has massive size for the safety position at 6-3, 201 with long arms. He plays his best closer to the line of scrimmage. Also has a knack for forcing the ball free from ball carriers. He’ll lay the lumber on anyone. Can struggle the farther away he gets from the line of scrimmage, as his speed and athletic testing numbers aren’t the best for the position. McNeil-Warren struggles to make plays when in space against shifty players.

OVERVIEW: McNeil-Warren brings elite size for the safety position to the table. Although his speed and athleticism may be closer to average, his film shows a powerful player who consistently makes an effort to punch out the ball. And he had good production doing so in college with eight career forced fumbles. The closer McNeil-Warren is to the line of scrimmage, the better he plays. There's room for growth in coverage, but he will need to be in the right scheme to limit exposure against one-on-one moments as a cover player.
