| Endries is a reliable, sure-handed target who can grow into a large role within an offense. A solid blocker who still has room for improvement. Hard to knock off schedule at the line of scrimmage by defenders. | A physical player but needs to get stronger. Production dipped in 2025 after two 400-plus receiving yard seasons in 2023-24. He struggles to make defenders miss in the open field. Not very quick out of the gates. |
OVERVIEW: After two strong seasons at Cal with Fernando Mendoza, Endries transferred to Texas, which has produced back-to-back NFL tight ends in Gunnar Helm and Ja'Tavion Sanders. Endries is set to be the next in line, giving whoever drafts him a reliable option who has strong hands and an ability to finish plays through contact. He may not have had the collegiate production or athleticism of his predecessors, but Endries is a well-rounded option. He needs to find more consistency in blocking but has shown positive flashes.
